Triant appoints William J. Wignall to Board of Directors

Wignall to its Board of Directors, subject to regulatory approval.  Mr. Wignall has more than 12 years of executive management experience in the electronics industry and has held senior level positions in key functional areas including engineering, marketing, finance and general management.
