The Intermost Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: IMOT), a leading electronic online equity exchange service provider in China, announced that the Equity Registration and Depository System developed by its wholly-owned subsidiary has been officially appointed for tax-free sales.
The Equity Registration and Depository System, which is developed by the Chinae.com Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., refers to the depository systems widely used in stock exchanges, and applies the .net and Oracle techniques. It ends the history of manual process in equity exchanges, achieves paperless equity transfers and ensures the integrality, accuracy and promptness of information. Dispersive systems are integrated on the China Equity Exchange Platform ( http://www.chinae.com ), thus will realize the computerization in the Equity Exchange Market.
The Equity Registration and Depository System is a professional solution for non-listed stocks, which deposits and registers non-listed equities; records change, transfer or freeze in shareholding; manages financial data and bank accounts, among others. It is reported that this is one of the knock-out systems in Chinae.com Technology's equity solution series, in addition to Equity Exchange System (broker version), Equity Exchange System (investor version) and On-Site Auction System.
