Message Technologies, Inc. Announces Hosting Agreement with Premiere Global Services17 July 2005
Message Technologies, Inc.® an industry-leading provider of speech IVR hosting, services, and solutions, today announced that it has been selected by Premiere Global Services for their hosting services. MTI® will provide speech IVR hosting services to Premiere Global Services, a provider of outsourced document automation, notification services and automation solutions.
This new project will include the launch of several speech IVR applications by Premiere Global Services. Premiere Global Services is a world-leader in outbound-call applications, and will initially launch two distinct applications, a survey/data collection application and an automated payment application hosted on MTI premises. MTI will provide Premiere with customized hosting solutions in a flexible hosting environment, as well as back-end IVR support.
Premiere Global Services is primarily focused on offering outbound-call applications to several verticals, including financial services, telecom, utilities and healthcare. The Premiere applications are based on outbound calling and will enable customers to pay their bills and input information for surveys without relying on live agent assistance. The applications use speech recognition and offer an easy to use Voice User Interface to customers.
