Jatheon Technologies Inc., a leader in email
compliance solutions, today announced the availability of the world's first
network appliance for messaging compliance. ixArmor appliances capture, index,
archive, search and dynamically monitor all electronic messages (including all
types of emails and instant messages) and the attachments, regardless of email
platform and network configuration, at wire speed, with no software, hardware,
or network intrusion on the existing corporate messaging infrastructure.
The Jatheon ixArmor Compliance Guard consists of ixArmor 1000 and ixArmor
2000 series. Both are powered by Jatheon's patent-pending ActiveSense(TM)
technology that simplifies the management, archiving and monitoring of all
electronic messaging channels, to ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements and corporate governance mandates.
Over the last several years, industry and governmental regulations such
as Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC 17-3/4, NASD 3010/3011, IDA 29.7, HIPAA, PIPEDA, 21CFP
Part 11 and others have imposed stringent requirements on how electronic
messages must be retained, monitored and managed. Jatheon addresses the
