ISR Hires Jay Parker as Vice President of Government Business Development

ISR, the maker of SprayCool™ technologyand products, today announced that Jay P. Parker has joined the company asvice president of government business development.

In this role, Parker will be responsible for growing ISR's governmentbusiness, which provides military agencies with innovative SprayCooltechnology to solve thermal issues in mission critical electronic systems.

Parker previously worked with Hughes/Raytheon, where he led severaladvanced Command and Control and ship programs, including the LPD-17, anamphibious warfare ship. Parker also spent 10 years as a Naval FlightOfficer, which included a tour of duty in Vietnam, and served as thedirector of the Lead Systems Integrator program for L-3 CommunicationsTitan, a leading provider of comprehensive information and communicationsproducts, solutions, and services for national security.

ISR's innovative SprayCool technology is used in several military andgovernment projects, including the Marine Corp's Expeditionary FightingVehicle (EFV), the Navy's EA-6B Prowler electronic warfare aircraft, andthe U-2 & Global Hawk, high-altitude, vehicles that carry state-of-the-artsurveillance systems.

SprayCool technology ensures operational availability in the most extremeenvironments while providing commercial, off-the-shelf electronics in thebattlefield.

Parker will be based out of ISR's headquarters in Liberty Lake, Wash.
