iCurie nanotechnology company to be acquired by Hansen Gray23 January 2005
Hansen Gray & Company, Inc. today announced a definitive agreement to complete the acquisition of 100% of iCurie Lab Holdings, Ltd., parent company of iCurie Lab, Inc., subject to certain conditions. iCurie is a rapidly-growing nanotechnology company specializing in micro-fluidic cooling systems.
