Gene Resnick, MD Named Vice President, Chief Medical Officer as IT&E International Group and Millennix, Inc. Combine for Next Generation CRO

IT&E International Group, (OTC BB: ITER)(http://www.iteinternational.com) today announced that Gene Resnick, MD hasbeen appointed Vice President, Chief Medical Officer as the company joinswith Millennix, Inc.(http://www.millennix-inc.com) to form the nextgeneration CRO (Clinical Research Organization).

Dr. Resnick received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine degreesat New York Hospital-Cornell, specializing in oncology/medicine practiceclinical trials. Earlier, he served in a variety of leadership capacitiesat Schering-Plough Research Institute as Vice President, Oncology, andsupervised global programs with varied therapeutics and indications.
