(Nasdaq: DEIX), the largest designer and marketer of consumer branded vehicle security and convenience systems in the United States based on sales and a major supplier of car and home audio, mobile video and satellite radio products, announced today that it will report financial results for the second quarter after the market close on Monday, August 14, 2006.

The Company also announced that its executive officers will host a conference call on the same day at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The Company will discuss its results, its progress and performance for the quarter and its outlook for the future. The conference call may include forward-looking statements.
