Data I/O and Toyo Corporation Announce New Distribution Partnership in Japan

REDMOND, Wash., Jan. 10 -- Data I/O(R) (Nasdaq: DAIO), the leading provider of manual and automated programming systems announced that the company has completed a multi-year distribution agreement with Toyo Corporation of Japan.

Japan's Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) estimates the consumer and wireless electronics markets will more than double, reaching 20 trillion yen by 2010. The partnership between Data I/O and Toyo brings powerful manufacturing solutions and support to make this growth possible.
