(OTC Bulletin Board: CBBT) will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2006, and to provide a summary of fiscal 2005 coupled with a comprehensive corporate update. First quarter earnings will be released after the market close on Thursday, Feb. 9th.

The conference call will take place at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time, on Friday, February 10, 2006.
