Chase Paymentech Solutions Launches the VeriFone Vx 510 - New Competitive Entry Point POS Solution for the Canadian Marketplace30 March 2006
Chase Paymentech Solutions, the world's leading payment processor, is pleased to announce the release of the VeriFone Vx 510. This payment solution will appeal to smaller Canadian retail and restaurant merchants who require a compact and lightweight point-of-sale dial terminal.
The Vx 510 is a member of Vx Solutions, VeriFone's next-generation payment systems family that incorporates a faster 32-bit processor, high security and consistent user interface. Incorporating a built-in thermal printer with drop-in paper loading, the payment system features a bright backlit display, ATM-style interface and on-screen prompts.
This solution efficiently processes all major credit and Interac debit payments, and supports Chase Paymentech's electronic gift card program, FlexCache. The Vx 510 countertop payment system, supported by the external SC5000 PIN Pad, provides extraordinary electronic payment options using Chase Paymentech's superior communication methods. It is part of a new generation of VeriFone solutions, offering future Chip enabled capability for the Canadian marketplace.
