BreconRidge expands presence in Asia11 September 2005
BreconRidge Manufacturing Solutions Corporation (BreconRidge) a top 50 global electronics manufacturing services (EMS) company, is pleased to announce that it has expanded its presence in Asia with the completion of its acquisition of 50% of the issued capital of AV Chaseway Limited, a Hong Kong company operating a manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China. The transaction closed on August 1, 2005 and will be managed as a joint venture between BreconRidge and AV Concept (China) Industrial Co. Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AV Concept Holdings Limited, a corporation listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The joint venture company has been renamed AV BreconRidge Limited.
