Advanced Battery Technology, Inc. Initiates Investor Relations Program4 August 2006
Advanced Battery Technology, Inc. (OTCBB: ABAT), a developer and manufacturer of rechargeable Polymer-Lithium-Ion (PLI) batteries for use in electric vehicles, motorcycles, mine use lamps, cell phones, notebook computers and other personal electronic devices, has entered into a Capital Markets Advisory agreement with New York based Murdock Capital Partners Corp., a 15 year old merchant banking and investor relations firm, the company announced.
Murdock Capital Partners Corp. will provide advice and consult with the Company concerning financial planning, corporate organization, and financial matters in connection with the raising of capital for the Company, mergers and acquisitions and other similar business situations, and the recognition by the investment community of Advanced Battery.
